What happens to the details you give us. Short version: we use them to hold your table or answer your enquiry, and nothing else.

When you book we collect your name, phone number, the date, time and size of your party, and optionally your email address and any notes you add, such as allergies or an occasion.
We use it to hold the table and to contact you about that booking. The details are written into the restaurant’s Google Calendar, which is how the staff see the day’s bookings, and sent by email to the restaurant. If you give an email address we send you a confirmation.
The lawful basis is performance of a contract. You asked us to hold a table and we cannot do that without knowing who you are.
The enquiry form on the Voulez-Vous page sends your name, email and what you wrote to K&K Productions, who book the performers. They reply to you directly. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely answering someone who has asked us a question.
Three companies handle it on our behalf and do nothing else with it:
Serves the site and passes the form on. Does not store your booking.
Delivers the booking and confirmation emails. Servers in the US.
Holds the booking as a calendar entry so the staff can see it.
We do not sell anything to anybody, and we do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Bookings stay in the calendar as a record of the day’s service. Emails stay in the restaurant’s inbox. We clear both out once they are no longer useful, and in any case we do not keep booking records longer than we need them for accounting and for dealing with any complaint.
This site sets no cookies and does no tracking. There is nothing to consent to. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google sees your IP address in doing so.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring 01482 222288 or ask when you are in. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
